All Intellectual Property rights in and to the Platform — including but not limited to all text, editorial content, layout and design, graphical elements, source code, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and database compilations — are owned by or licensed to Epiwin. All rights are reserved.

Nothing in these Terms or on the Platform grants you any licence, right, or interest in Epiwin's Intellectual Property beyond the limited access licence described in Clause 5. Specifically:

• You may not copy, reproduce, or modify Content for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial reference.
• You may not create derivative works based on Platform Content.
• You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notice, trademark, or proprietary legend on the Platform.
• You may not use the Epiwin name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without prior written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions, or submissions you provide to Epiwin may be used by us at our sole discretion without any obligation of compensation or attribution to you.

Disclaimers

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Epiwin is registered and operates.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Where negotiation does not produce a resolution within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by Epiwin.

Pakistani users are reminded that local courts and regulatory bodies may have jurisdiction over certain consumer-protection and data-related matters. Nothing in this clause is intended to override statutory rights that cannot be waived under Applicable Law.
